Continuing
education classes are mandatory every two years for certified real
estate professionals in Texas. The Real Estate License Act requires
that Individual brokers or sales people must receive 15 classroom
hours, 6 hours of which are the approved Legal and Ethics courses
during each two-year approval beginning the first year after
completing SAE requirements. These licenses are required in an effort
to keep professionals up to date with current technology and trends
in real estate.

The
Austin Institute of Real Estate (AIRE) is now offering MCE classes in
the correspondence format in conjunction with Texas State
University-San Marcos. By fulfilling your course requirements by
correspondence, you can easily complete all of the requisite
categories you need. The process of completing a MCE Correspondence
course is simple:

1.
Sign up online

Receive
your materials in the mail or pick them up at their Austin location.

Read
through the materials at your own pace.

Take
your open book test online

5.
Print your completion form and fax it to the number listed and AIRE
will send it to the Texas Real Estate Commission for you.

At
AIRE, the owners and instructors are knowledgeable professionals who
are busy listing, selling, and investing themselves, so they have the
experience to be able to teach you how to do the same. They offer a
wide range of courses, not just pre-licensing classes, and they offer
the flexibility of correspondence and online courses that match your
schedule. With their online Texas real estate classes, wherever you
are or regardless of your schedule, you can take AIRE’s Texas real
estate courses. When you pass the online exam, just print out the
affidavit, and you’re finished.

In
addition to online and correspondence courses, AIRE also offers
in-class options taught by experienced instructors and knowledgeable
owner-brokers who can assist you and answer questions weekdays,
evenings, or weekends. We assure your successful completion of the
course – and getting your Texas real estate license! AIRE can guide
you in the steps to success. We show you what to do to get started
after you get your Texas real estate license. Don’t throw away your
money or your time.

If
you are looking for an Austin real estate school, the Austin
Institute of Real Estate has you covered. In addition to
correspondence real estate classes, the Austin Institute of Real
Estate provides online real estate classes, EcoBroker training, and
live real estate classes for credit towards a Texas real estate
license. Not just a licensing school, AIRE is home to the 3 Step
Success System which teaches professional business, marketing and
investing education to people of all experience levels in real
estate. AIRE also provides MCE and Salesperson Annual Education
renewal courses as well as the education required for real estate
brokers. You can register for a course online or call the Austin
Institute of Real Estate at 512-453-0900.
